A Mindful Breathing Exercise: How to Anchor Attention in the Present Moment

Here is a great exercise in mindful breathing and bringing attention to the present moment with attention. (and a mantra)

One of the best ways of starting a mindful practice is learning how to bring awareness BACK into the body, especially if you have a habit of getting stuck in your skull. (rumination, regret, worry, “awful-izing” the future in a way that isn’t quite rational, and overly fearful, etc)
