How to Reinvent Yourself (Charles Bukowski)

How to reinvent your life with Charles Bukowski

One of my favorite elements of mindfulness practice, is the idea that you are literally being re-born in every moment. Every moment, properly practiced in the fullness of present, is in some real way, your entire life. When you start to really understand this, in an experiential way, time slows down. Life gets super clear. And the experience of aliveness, the sense of what it means to be “you” in every moment, feels like an opportunity to truly begin, and be anything….again.

Charles Bukowski’s wise words on the importance of re-invention, in the service of fulness, adventure and aliveness, are timeless…..and well worth hearing. (if only for the first time, again čÖé
