Just finished a great book by the fantastic and gifted author, teacher Mark Epstein on the marriage of science and spirituality from a Buddhist psychology perspective.  Insightful perspectives on the proverbial and seemingly paradoxical notion of selflessness.  A great read for all mental health professionals – and spiritual seekers like ourselves.
